We are Password Generator Dice, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, doing business as Free Bridge Tallies, LLC.
Shipping Policy
We offer (a) Free Shipping, and (b) Flat Rate Shipping. Because Free Shipping does not meet our payment provider's requirements for Seller's Protection, if you select Free Shipping, you agree to indemnify us for "Item Not Received" claims. If you have not received your bridge tallies within two weeks of ordering, contact us with your name, address, and order number, and we will issue a refund within 10 business days.
Refund Policy
To request a refund, contact us with your (1) name, (2) address, (3) order number, and (4) whether (a) you have not received your bridge tallies within two weeks of ordering, or (b) your bridge tallies arrived damaged. We will issue a refund within 10 business days.
We do not accept returns.
